At Outdoor, we help home and land owners make the most of their Lagos’ property. Whether you have an urban courtyard, a farm in nature, or anything in between, we design landscapes that elevate daily life while respecting the ecological heritage of the Algarve.

We are a landscape architecture studio based in Aljezur and proudly serving Lagos and the western Algarve. Our work focuses on creating meaningful outdoor spaces that regenerate soil, support biodiversity, and connect people with nature.

Our designs are inspired by natural patterns, ecological systems, and the cultural rhythms of the Algarve. We work with the land — not against it — ensuring that every project enhances it’s environment rather than depleting it.

WE MAP YOUR LAND WITH 3D PRECISION

We use drone technology to capture accurate 3D maps of your property. This allows us to digitally record and analyse your existing property including topography, vegetation, and buildings.

Our digital landscape models form the foundation for concept development and design refinement. They also ensure that our plans can be clearly communicated with contractors, minimizing waste, reducing costs, and improving build efficiency.

    We built a little rental cottage and Shan helped us confirm the overall planning of our land, (where to place things) and even offered valuable input on one of the building's internal layout - this really surpassed our expectations. She also created a quick 3D model of the building (remotely) and it was so helpful to proceed with the build, feeling confident about the design because we had reviewed the whole thing in 3D.
